Announcement: Learn the new way to bid to UNHCR tenders in Cloud ERP!

Dear Supplier,

UNHCR Supply has switched to Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud) to improve and simplify processes. From

September 18, 2023 onwards, you can do business with UNHCR in a secure online environment via the Service

Portal.

For current suppliers

• Those who submitted their updated information are migrated to the Cloud ERP
• Please wait for your user log-ins and activate them once available
• Check published tenders, send bids, and ask clarifications through the Supplier Portal
• Acknowledge and manage purchase orders when applicable

For potential (prospective) suppliers

Note: This also applies to previous suppliers who were unable to update information,

and therefore, not migrated.

• Register in the Supplier Portal to see published tenders, send bids, and ask clarifications
• Once you win a contract, send necessary documentation to upgrade your supplier status
• Acknowledge and manage purchase orders when applicable
