Dear Bidders,

Greetings from UNICEF, Myanmar.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Myanmar wishes to solicit proposals against above above-referenced RFP for, Request Proposals Long-Term Arrangement for Third Phase of Third-Party Field Monitoring.

In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit offers as outlined in the LRPS-2023-9185434 and Bid documents.  The list of supporting documents of the said LRPS is attached herewith.           

Please send your proposals only to procurementyangon@unicef.org, as early as possible before the deadline,  13 October 2023 at 17:00 hours [Myanmar Standard Time].

Pre-Bid meeting: A bid conference will be held at 14:00 hours on 02 October 2023 via Online platform.

Interested Bidders are requested to express interest by sending an email to mtchaw@unicef.org and rramachandran@unicef.org by COB 29 September 2023 before the meeting time so that UNICEF Supply team will share the Microsoft Teams Link as an invitation to all the bidders who express their interest to participate in the bidding process.

No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids should not be sent to any Procurement Staff who signed the RFP or any other UNICEF employee as it will be invalidated.  Bidders are advised to ensure that submissions are made well in advance before the closing time.  Late bids and those bids which do not comply with the bidding instructions will not be accepted. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

The supplier will submit the proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

- Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal- LRPS-2023-9185434 "

- Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal- LRPS-2023-9185434 "

- Services Form to be signed and sent along with the technical proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
