Supply and Delivery of an Electric power Reach Truck to UNAMI HQ inside the International Zone (IZ), Baghdad, Iraq, Delivery Terms (DAP) UNAMI International Zone Baghdad, Iraq

1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for one time purchase of an Electric power Reach Truck to UANMI HQ inside International Zone (IZ), Baghdad, Iraq, Delivery Terms (DAP) UNAMI International Zone Baghdad, Iraq with the below spcification: adjustable easy REACH TRUCK, Electric, Power Type Electric, Operation Type Stand-Up, Capacity @ 24 in. (600 mm) load center * lbs. (kg) 3,000 3500 (1500 - 1580)-Battery charger; Tool kit-Emergency Power Disconnect Switch; Operation & maintenance manualetcs; etc... 2.0 The solicitation will be based on detailed Statement of Requirment (SoR), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Specifications, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 3.0 The scope of requirment consists of spcification of the Reach Truck as below: 3.1 spcification: adjustable easy REACH TRUCK, Electric, Power Type Electric, Operation Type Stand-Up, Capacity @ 24 in. (600 mm) load center * lbs. (kg) 3,000 3500 (1500 - 1580)-Battery charger; Tool kit-Emergency Power Disconnect Switch; Operation & maintenance manualetcs; etc... 3.2 The vendor should quote fixed prices for the Electric Reach Truck along with the necessary spare parts for the span of 5 years (spare parts will be ordered on as and when required basis). The Vendor should supply the Electric Reach Truck with spare parts within 90 calendar days (3 months) from the date of issuance of purchase order under delivery terms DAP (DAP INCOTERMS 2020) to the UNAMI’s delivery location in Baghdad, International Zone (IZ), Iraq. 3.3 Replacement of non-conforming delivery: The successful bidder shall replace, at its own expense and without extra charge to UNAMI, in case of a manufacturing defect, damages, and/or non-conformance to the technical specifications of the ordered Electric Reach Truck. The successful bidder shall cover all transportation and other expenses related to the return of rejected Electric Reach Truck due to technical non-conformance or damaged because of poor packaging, handling and/or transportation by the successful bidder within the 2 months from the date of issuance of purchase order. 3.4 Electric Reach Truck supplied should conform to ISO 9001:2000 standards or equivalent. 4.0 UNAMI will shortly issue Request For Quotation(RFQ) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNAMI requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). A detailed Statement of Reqequirment (SOR) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the RFQ documents. 5.0 The EOI should specify relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience, an indication of similar Contracts undertaken within the last twelve (12) months (if any) and copies of the registration certificate and license(s) of the company. 6.0 Please note on the following: •This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/offer •UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for RFQ document. •UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. 7.0 TECHNICAL PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: The interested companies have capability to meet the below technical requirements (Mandatory Criteria) (7.1 - 7.7) : 7.1 The vendor shall submit appropriate Business Licenses/ Registrations. 7.2 The vendor shall provide a spare parts catalogue and guarantee part availability for 5 years. 7.3 The vendor shall submit a confirmation that the Electric Reach Truck meet all the mandatory technical specifications. 7.4 The Proposed Electric Reach Truck should be delivered to the point of collection within 60 calendar days of receiving the order. 7.5 The vendor shall provide a warranty of two years for the supplied Electric Reach Truck and its batteries from the date of receipt at UNAMI’s location in Baghdad Iraq. 7.6 The vendor shall submit a detailed catalog of the proposed Electric Reach Truck which should include but not limit (brand, model, year of manufacture, country of origin, and detailed specifications). 7.7 Duly completed United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) vendor registration formalities at Basic Level. Note 1: Duly completed and signed EOI Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and signed Vendor Response Form (attached).
