Interior design for office space, WHO Office in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to Interior design for office space of WHO Office in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea (4th floor, AOPI Building, Waigani Drive.

BACKGROUND

WHO Representative Office in Papua New Guinea locates on 4th floor of AOPI Center, Waigani Drive, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The current office space was designed and renovated years back and has not meet the emerging needs of the WHO Representative Office for office environment, space to accommodate needs and increase number of staff compared to its requirements years back.

REQUIREMENTS/WORK TO BE PERFORMED

To provide interior design for office space for WHO's proposed new office at 4th floor, AOPI Center.

CHARACTERISTICS OF CONTRACTOR

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in the field of interior design.
• Previous work with WHO, other international organizations and/or major institutions in the field of  interior design/office renovation
