RFQ-2023-80- DATA ANALYTICS AND SUPPORT

The purpose of this RFQ is to select a suitable supplier for the procurement of consultant to provide Data Analytics and Support and provide technical assistance in producing provincial-level HIV fact sheets. Duration of consultancy: 30 days from 1 October to 15 December 2023.

Under the supervision and guidance of the UNAIDS SI Adviser, the consultant will:
Worksheet preparation and data processing
1. Work with NDOH, UNAIDS, and the SI TWG to extract, validate, and process provincial level data from different HIV and health databases, dashboard, reports and references
2. With guidance from with NDOH, UNAIDS, and the SI TWG, identify, facilitate agreement on the minimum data (indicator) to be included in the worksheets
3. Develop and populate 22 provincial-level worksheets with HIV and health data
Dashboard development
4. Transfer and develop dynamic, interactive provincial dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or its equivalent
5. Produce 22 provincial-level printable/print fact sheets (together with Graphics Designer, if available)
Key messages development
6. Work with SI TWG and communication experts to develop Province-specific key messages (data for action)

The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the UNAIDS SI Adviser with support and guidance from selected SI TWG members and NDOH.
