Drafting Technical Specifications for developing complete Learning Management System architecture and supervising the implementation of the E-learning System Development and Installation, under the Extra Budgetary Project 2600990- “Building a hybrid education system in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia”.

• Phase 1- Designing a complete hybrid learning management system architecture and technical specifications for procurement of the system
• Phase 2- Supervising and coordinating of the implementation and integration of the system

Duration: First Phase: 2 (two) months from contract signature;

Second phase: The time framework for Phase 2- Supervising and coordinating the implementation and integration of the system depends on the outcome of a separate tender for Development and Implementation of the system and the actual implementation of the contract. To be completed until the end of 2024 at latest.
