REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Dear Sir / Madam:

1. We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Materials, Small Tools and Equipment for Small Wind Energy System, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

1. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Offer. Your Offer must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 60 days. Offers may be submitted on or before March 19, 2013 via email, courier mail or fax to the address below:

1. Any question or comments regarding this Request for Quotation shall be sent to the address above or to the e-mail address operations.dprk@undp.org not later than March 11, 2013. The answers to the questions or any modification to this RFQ will be published in UNDP and UNGM websites, or sent to you directly before March 13, 2013.

1. Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 5MB, virus-free and no more than 5 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

1. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
