Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of the assignment is to create of up to five (5) pilot GPOs with selected partner BMOs: Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Western Ukrainian Fashion Industry Cluster, Vinnytsia Regional Organization "Union of Entrepreneurs "Stina", “Ukrainian platform “Women in business”, League of Business and Professional Women of Ukraine. In agreement with UNDP the list of partner organizations creating GPOs can be changed.

The Consultant is expected to coordinate with and engage numerous stakeholders, using the methods that would allow rapid and effective roll out of the GPO. The creation of GPOs should take place and be confirmed by documents developed in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 5 months
