Provsion of Stationery Items, Office and Business Supplies for the United Nations Headquarters

The United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York intends to establish a suystems contract for the provision of stationery items, including office and business supplies for their day-to-day business for an initial period of three (3 ) years with the option to extend for additional two (2) years (1+1) subject to satisfactory performance by the vendor, availability of funds and the UN mandates. The items to be supplied shall include “Core and Non-Core stationary items and office and busiess supplies. Please note that this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is not the tender document. The vendors submitting the EOI will be included in the list of invitees in the upcoming solcitation, which will provide the details of the requirement.
