Description

UNICEF developed the SES (Supporter Engagement Strategy) Digital Platform CORE solution (SESCORE), a supporter engagement and digital fundraising platform based on Salesforce technology, to address global needs with the flexibility to be adapted to local fundraising markets. The SESCORE is a set of global functionalities, common to all or most UNICEF fundraising markets, that are being developed and contained in a managed package. The managed package is installed by HQ team and is additionally localized by Salesforce Implementing Partners based on the market’s needs. The SESCORE has been deployed in Colombia, Thailand, Malaysia, Austria, Hungary, Chile and Indonesia, and will be deployed by end of 2023 in Philippines, Uruguay, Croatia, Portugal and Finland. Plans are to deploy the system to following markets by 2025: Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru.
