New amendment added #3: Amendment to: Modify Form C: Price Schedule Form, to clarify the structure of course groups. Please see "ITB Section III Returnable Bidding Forms Rev" under the Documents tab. Bidders must use the updated Price Form when submitting their offer.

New clarification added: Q3: Re the revised pricing form: Some of the Prosci courses requested by UNOPS are not available for a single individual (Column A) as, due to the design of the training/course content, they are only designed nad available for closed client groups. For these courses, please confirm that the approach for bidders should be to insert '0' in Column A indicating the session is unavailable for an indivudal and then calculate the 'Average cost' (Column E) by dividing by 3?A3: UNOPS does not require training for single individuals, and has requested unit rates for the evaluation of bids and the establishment of Long Term Agreements. Therefore the Price Form has been modified for clarity. The new Price Form will be uploaded shortly via tender Amendment. Bidders are required to use the updated Price Form in "ITB Section III Returnable Bidding Forms Rev" which will be available under the Documents tab.

New clarification added: Q 1: Please can you explain how Suppliers should respond to the Form C Pricing Schedule for Lot 1b?UNOPS have requested the three day In Person Prosci Certification. However, the response form requests information in a form which is not possible for the requested 3-day training.:Change management capacity building in person training - half dayChange management capacity building in person training - one day Please can you also explain how Suppliers should respond to the Form C Pricing Schedule for Lot 2a and b?UNOPS have not specified any particular Prosci change management VIRTUAL training required under 'half day' or 'one day' training. Each of the Prosci role based 'capacity building offerings that address different change management roles (e.g sponsors, people managers, change agents, project teams, etc.)' have various course lengths and content and with different charges.A 1: Amendment 1 has been issued to modify Form C: Price Schedule Form.
