New clarification added: boa tarde!prezados, temos duas empresas uma com alvara de 3° classe e outra de 4° classe pretendemos fazer uma joint venture temos eligibilidade pra tal? podemos concorer pra todos os lotes ou apenas alguns? Dear Bidder, As far as one of the JV partner is meeting the class 4 requirement of the RFQ, your JV is eligible to participate into this RFQ. Thanks Procurement unit

New amendment added #1: Amendment 1 - The technical criteria Part 2 - 1.1 is amended to read as follow: 1.1 - The bidder has the capacity to undertake the scope of Works in addition to its current workload. Cumulative work capability of the bidder shall be at least USD 1.5 Million or MZN 94,875,000.
