Only Pre-Qualified Bidders are eligible to Apply

  1. The ILO implementing EIIP Afghanistan has received funds from ABADEI Special Trust Fund for Afghanistan (STFA) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the mentioned contracts below.
  2. The ILO invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the Rehabilitation of infrastructure works including Community Roads and Road Routine Maintenance s under 3 ITBs as mentioned below. The estimated construction period is [5] months
  3. To qualify for award of contract, qualified Bidders must have been pre-qualified by the EIIP Afghanistan Project to participate in the bidding process.
  4. Interested qualified bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents on the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (UNGM); any further information can be obtained from the ILO by submitting a query through the ILO designated email (tenders.af@ilo.org).
  5. A complete set of bidding documents and forms in English can be obtained by interested bidders through ILO e-Sourcing Platform (UNGM).
  6. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held at ILO EIIP Afghanistan Office, Mazar e Sharif on 05/06/2023 at 09:00 hours, Kabul Afghanistan standard time.
