Dear Sir/ Madam,

UNFPA is seeking qualified offers for the web application development services of four software applications, closely integrated based on their dependencies hence all referred to as the AccessRH Order Management Systems. These four web applications will be used by the internal and external users through the Liferay 6 CE based AccessRH (www.myaccessrh.org) website. The applications are expected to run on Apache Tomcat 6 as Java applications or Liferay Portals.
