The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), on behalf of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Communication Division invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the provision of a an SaaS Digital Asset Management System for its global operations. Digital Asset Management system to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) The scope of work will entail provision of a digital asset management system (DAM) that will enable the organization to store, manage, and distribute its digital assets, including video, audio, photos, graphics, design and print files, and other multimedia content. Required Output: Provide access to the DAM Software-as-a-Service (Saas) solution to meet UNEP's requirements. • Cross platform SaaS system • Comply with UN Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) requirements for public information contents level 1, basic data integrity, accessible to internet users, with recovery point objective (RPO). • Fully scalable storage of digital assets, including but not limited to video, audio, photos, graphics, design and print files, and other rich media files in their original formats, whether the primary proprietary or open-source file formats. • Metadata and rights management • File sharing Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. Detailed Terms of References shall be included in the consecutive solicitation documents that will be issued after this REOI is closed.
