Provision of Construction and Renovation Works for OCHA Office in Aden, Yemen

This is a Request for Expression of Interest for a solicitation process that will follow and not the actual solicitation. Exact requirements will be in the solicitaiton document which will be shared with the parties expressing their interest. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking to establish a one-off contract for the proivision of construction and renovation works for its office in Aden, Yemen. This civil works will include: Security Works in Site Landscape and site work Civil Works in Office building Plumping Works in Office Building Electrical workin Office building Generator room Fuel Tank Explosive Threat Mitigation IP Surveillance System- Items office compound and pedestrian access area Public Address (Audio System) for offices and pedestrian access Fire Alarm System Access Control Signage Guard room ( Access Control for Pedestrian ) The External Room & Toilet as it will be described in the statement of works in the actual solicitation document.
