New clarification added: Q: As explained during the pre-bid meeting, some devices (blood refrigerators and freezers) cannot be shipped by air (because they will be filled with gas + their height).Would it be possible to offer CIF instead of CPT? And if so, Is it possible to have a delivery period of 6 months instead of 4, as the transit time by sea can vary from 30 days to 45 days.A: Bidders shall quote CPT Cotonu Port and deliver the goods within 4 months after Contract signature.

New clarification added: Question: Please note that in CW 14 and 15 there are Easter holidays in many European countries such as Germany and Southern Europe. Most companies work with limited staff and procedures take longer than usual. On 7th and 10th April there are public holidays in Germany. For these reasons, we kindly ask to extend the date of bid submission from the 17th to the 28th April 2023 Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot do extensions to the current date as this will affect the project delivery timelines

New clarification added: Q: Is the Partial bid (Not All Items) allowed to participateA: Bidders can decide to bid for one or several lots. However, a bidder is not allowed to submit a bid for some items in a specific lot. The bid will be considered as incomplete and rejected.

Is it possible for a device to offer control of its software with an attached laptop?A: Yes of course since the amended technical requirement did not exclude such configuration.

As per the previous tender for this, we need to know weather You want florescence on the microscope? It says multi channel imaging, does this mean fluorescence?A: Item 6 in Lot 3 is a binocular biological microscope with LED lamp, digital camera and connected to a separate color LCD monitor.

New clarification added: Q: We noticed that this tender is very similar to the ITB/2022/44800. May we kindly request to know what happened to that case? A: The specs in this tender have been modified as to ensure that the bidders understand fully the requirement and reply to the bid accordingly. The previous tender is unfructious.
