Amendment 1:

With reference to the Request for Quotaion (RFQ) dated 27 March 2023. UNDP Yemen now wish to issue amend No.1 in order to:

·       BOQ has been updated. Bidders are advised to review and use the updated one while preparing the quote (Document names: Updated BOQs- Updated Annex 2 A: Bill of Quantities).

·       Provide the response to the questions raised during the site visit. (Document Name: Amendment 1)

Bidders are requested to take a note of the above clarifications and the attached answers of the questions raised during the site visit and use the updated BOQs and updated Annex 2A.

All other paragraphs, sections and conditions of the RFQ, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged.

Site visit is mandatory, Bidders not attending the site visit will NOT be considered for
further evaluation and bids will be rejected.

The site visit is aimed to provide the bidders the opportunity to have a better understanding of the requirement /Scope of work before sending the formal bid to UNDP. Bidders can raise any technical question during the site visit. Bidders are advised to attend the site visit (at their own cost and responsibility). Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held as per the above schedule containing date, time and location. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included
as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Please note that quotations must be submitted directly in the system responding to the questions and uploading required documents by the date and time indicated in the online portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
