The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) has identified a requirement for the establishment of a long‐term contract for the provision of preventive maintenance and repair services for workshop equipment and other related items on an “as and when required” basis, to the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, Italy. Due to the nature of the equipment, all services shall be conducted within the UNGSC premises in Brindisi (Italy), unless otherwise necessary. The type of workshop equipment to be serviced will include but will not be limited to:  AC Recharging Station  Air Compressor  Band-saw machine  Bench Drill  Bench Saw  Brake Tester  Boring Machine  Cable laying winches  Chain Morticer  Column Jack  Concrete Mixer  Electric Threading Machine  Exhaust Extraction System Workshop  Welding Machine  Floor Jack Hydraulic  Floor Saw for concrete  Floor Polishers-Scrubbers Machine  Floor Scraper Machine  Floor Washing Machine  Floors Smoothing Machine  Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine  Hydraulic Press  Inverter Generator  Lathe Machine  Lawn Mower Tractor  Machine for surfacing and cleaning floors  Metal Guillotine  Mitre Saw  Mortar and Plaster Sprayer  Notching Machine  Panel Saw  Plasma Cutter  Preglued Edgebander  Pressure Washer  Radial Saw  Road Marking Machine  Sandblasting Machine  Saw Bridge  Self Primer Diesel Engine Pump  Spot Welding Machine  Steam/Pressure Cleaner  Welder Extractor Smog The Contractor shall provide/supply all tools, equipment, and related consumables to undertake the required services. The resulting Contract will be established for an agreed initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract, for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1) for a maximum five (5) year period, subject to the UN’s operational requirements and Contractor’s satisfactory performance.
