Dear Bidders,

Please pay attention to the attached corrigendum and below.

  • The closing date of this tender has been extended for additional two (2) weeks, the new closing date is 29 April 2023 at 23:59 Amman local time.
  • Attached answers to the questions received through JORAMSUP email.
  • Attached the amended/ updated  Annex B financial form to consider when submitting your offer.

 

UNHCR Jordan office based in Amman is soliciting proposals for the establishment of a frame agreement for the provision of maintenance, operation, and monitoring services of solar plants in Zaatari refugee camp.

 It is strongly recommended that this Request for Proposal and its annexes be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.

Please note the below important dates:

•            Tender CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 15/4/2023 at 23:59 hrs. Amman Local Time

•            A Site visit is Mandatory, suppliers failed to attend the site visit will be disqualified.

Site visit will take place on 30 March 2023 at 12:00 hrs. local time.

  • Gathering at 11:30 at the main gate (VIP and delegation gate) in Zaatari camp, visit will start at 12:00 pm. No entry for suppliers after 12:00.
  • No entry for suppliers after 12:00
  • Suppliers who attend the site visit will fill the attendance form on the site and sign for their attendance.
  • Entry permit is required, suppliers should send the following VALID documents to the following email addresses to enable us to issue the needed permit.
  1. Copy of the national ID
  2. Copy of covid 19 vaccination certificate.
  3. Valid care license.
  4. Valid driver license.

Valid Documents to be sent to the following email address before or by 25/3/2023, 23:59 h local time:

Any email will be received with expired or missing documents or after the underlined date mentioned above will not be processed.

 •            The deadline for receipt of written questions/ clarifications is on 2/4/2023 at 23:59hrs.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

Proposals should be submitted to UNHCR e- tender box by 15 April 2023 at 23:59 hours (Amman, Jordan Time)
