New clarification added: Q-1: With due regards, for proving the compony has liquid asset or possession of of company to USD 30,000, in the bid documents asked to provide bank statement or credit line, if the company has unpaid invoices from completed projects of UNOPS which approved by the organization and not paid yet, can be accepted as lequid asset.Ans-1: Unpaid invoince can not be considered as liquid asset, therefore, you kindly advised to align your bid with the requirement of liquid asset as mentioned under criteria tab.
