Request for Proposal [2023-009_UCN-NCD_DemandForecasting] – [The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable Contractor to carry out the following work: 1. Design, develop and pilot a standardized, user-friendly NCD medicines and health product Demand Forecasting tool based on collected stakeholder and subject matter expert (SME) requirements with the objective of improving the national forecasting of NCD medicines and health products. 2. Develop a complementary tool user manual to serve as reference resource on the various functionalities and features of the tool. 3 Develop an NCD medicines and health product demand forecasting reference manual to provide technical guidance on the principles of demand forecasting, with a specific focus on NCD-related products. 4. Develop complementary learning materials to ensure that users of the tool understand and able to effectively use the various functionalities of the tool, are conversant on forecasting and modelling principles, and proficient in making informed data conclusions from the outputs of the tool. 5. Pilot NCD forecasting tool and related guidance learning materials and update them to ensure the inclusion of country and user perspectives. 6.
