Despite visiting the site twice due to the unavailability of proper guidelines to explore the existing HVAC setups, we were unable to find out the exact maintenance issues that require for both HVACs (Vaccine Wing & Animal Lab). It is necessary to understand the proper maintenance protocol to quote bill no 02 item no A1.6 and bill no 3 item no B19.Response: The bill is to be provided for actual work. However, for now, an estimation can be made based on site visit.2. From the BOQ and our site visit, it is assumed that bill no: 2 item no: A1.7 and bill no: 3 item no: (below B.19) require installation charges for the spare part that provides in bill no: 06. If our assumption is wrong, we need proper guidelines.Response: The assumption is correct.3. As there is no clear indication of the required new HVAC brand or country of origin, it will be helpful if we can have your's desired product model name/ brand/ country of origin.Response: There is no specific product model name/ brand/ country of origin.

New clarification added: 1. Should the schedules be printed on our company’s letterhead pad or UNOPS letterhead pad? Response: Company’s letterhead pad2. There is a query: Are you a UNOPS vendor? We have been enlisted in UNGM. Does that qualify us as a UNOPS vendor?Response: Yes. 3. Schedule 0.11: What to put in the Acknowledgment of Addenda.Response: If there is any amendment published, the supplier needs to check those and quote accordingly. 4. In Schedule 4.2 (Programme), it should be given within 21 days of the commencement date. Is it the tender commencement date or the tender award commencement date?And what to write in this schedule.Response: Here, commencement date defines, the contractor's commence on the actual works once the contract has been issued. 5. In BOQ, the Preliminaries section is descriptive. How to put quotations in this Response: Quotation not requiredNB.
