Establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for procurement of Office Supplies/Stationery Items

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite the prospective bidder to submit a quotation for the Supplying of Office Supplies/Stationery Items to UNOPS AUMCO Office in Vienna, Austria under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in the accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Based on the results of this exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful bidder for the supply of Stationary Items/Office Suppliers for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension for another year according to the performance, fund availability and if the BPA has  not exceeded the maximum contract ceiling as follows: 20,000.00 EUR
