The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter "UNOPS") invites you to submit documents for prequalification for the provision of Construction of PSA Plant Building Construction at 29 Hospitals Locations in Bangladesh
This Pre-qualification is a formal method of assessing an organisation against a set of pre-determined criteria. This process is not related to specific solicitation process and focuses on a general assessment of an organisations’ operational, personnel capabilities and internal processes, including internal quality management and financial health.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New clarification added: Q3. our company have all necessary Human Resources, Equipment and technical know-how of the project. However, we do not meet the criteria for years of experience and financial audit report, for which, we have form a JV with a company who have fulfilled these required criteria and supporting documents. In this case, my query is, whether we can be the Lead Partner. Or we shall remain partner of the JV, giving the leading position to the company who have fulfilled criteria for years of experience and financial audit report. A3. Yes, you can be the lead partnerQ4. Another query is, in schedule 4, "Total volume of business (Revenue) in year 2022" was asked. However, as a supporting document for financial year 2022, the audit document has not yet been ready and will take a bit time as year 2022 just ended. In this case, can we submit Bank Statement of the respective year, kindly let us know. For your information, financial audit of previous year is available with our JV. A4. Please submit Bank Statement of the respective year

New clarification added: Q1. In consideration of the complexity of the bid, would you kindly clarify if a deadline extension of at least two weeks can be granted?A2. the dealine will be extended to 22 January 2023. Q2. Can you please provide the BOQ to proceed.A2. Please note that this stage is for Pre-Qualification only. BOQ will be shared with the suppliers who get selected through PQ process.
