Description

The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Serbia invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for “The design and implementation of a plan of advertising – national media campaign for COVID-19 vaccination in Serbia” which address the following objectives:

  1. Design and adaption of the visual design
  2. Development and implementation of a media plan (media buying) for advertising on national and local TV
  3. Design and realization of media plan of advertising on national and local radio
  4. Design and realization media plan of advertising on print media
  5. Out- of home (OOH) or outdoor advertising
  6. Print and dissemination of posters for healthcare institutions
  7.  Advertising through digital media

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
