Fabrication of 1,000kg anchor weight with chains and Installation of one (1) Ocean Buoy.

Fabricate anchor weight of 1,000kg with a single point mooring to support the installation process of the ocean buoy (see attached manual)  Fabricate anchor chain to support the mooring system of the anchor  Work closely with the Sierra Leone Meteorological Agency and the Sierra Leone Port Authority to identify suitable location for the installation of one (1) Ocean Buoy  Indicate the coordinates of the exert location for installation of the equipment  Install One (1) Ocean Buoy at the agreed location to enhance the collection of appropriate climatic and sea level rise parameters for better understanding of the impacts of future climate risks on the sea level rise.
