 Site visit will take place on 06 of August ’12 at 10:00am.

Pre-bid conference will take place on 09 August’12 at 11:00 am in UNDP Sukhumi Office at the address given above.

Bids must be delivered in 2 (two) sealed envelopes (“original” and “copy” not later than 12:00am on the 13 August’12 to the following address: Pr. Mira 21, Sukhum, Abkhazia.

Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address, date and time indicated in the Bidding Documents.
