New clarification added: Clarification Request 03:1-Can we use the same Bid-Security that we submitted for the previous process ITB/2022/42763-Construction Works for the FMNS Groundworks, Building Structure and related Underground Services?2-Can Bid Security be issued from an insurance company?3-Can Insurances be submitted as a draft at this point or do we need to buy Insurances in relation to Schedule 4.8 [Insurance Details and Insurances]?4-Regarding Bill Item 1: Insurances, respectively Items 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, can these be offered as a total or do we need to offer separately as stated in the BoQ?5-Regarding Bill Item 2.2.4 Supply and laying of geotextile  500 gr/m² (BS EN 15381:2008, EN 13249+A1) we note a discrepancy between the published drawings, Technical Specifications and BoQ. In the Drawings it is requested to have 400gr/m2 whereas in the TS and BoQ it is requested to have 500 gr/m2. Please advise which one is correct?6-Regarding Bill Item 3.1.1 Supply with material, install and cast of C-16/20 grade 8 cm reinforced concrete base slab over the gravel, by accuracy of -/+2cm, reinforced with Q-222 reinforced mesh. The requested Qty is 497.85, however, if you look at the drawings it reflects that this part will be laid along the entire surface of the foundation. Can you advise how this will be covered?UNOPS Clarification Response 03:1-No, you cannot use the previous Bid Security from process ITB/2022/42763. Bid Security is requested under this ITB/2022/43636 and it should be submitted referencing this ITB/2022/43636 No. as stated under Schedule 0.8 [Form for Bid Security];2-Bid Security is normally in the form of a bank guarantee, however, the Bid Security under this ITB No.: ITB/2022/43636 can also be issued by a Licensed Insurance Company in Kosovo3-The bidder’s requirement is to agree with the insurance requirements specified in the solicitation documents during the bid submission. Draf insurance is also fine.4-We advise that each Bill Item in the BoQ should be offered as per the requirements under Schedule 4.1 [Quantities and Rates (Bill of Quantities)], so in the case of item lines 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 they should be offered separately5-We advice that information provided in the BoQ, respectively Bill Item 2.2.4, and the Technical Specifications, are correct. The 400gr/m2 as presented in the drawings is not correct, therefore, please provide your offer based on the 500gr/m2.6-This Bill Item 3.1.1 has been corrected. The unit to be used in this item has been replaced from m2 to m3. The quantity remains the same.
