The United Nations in Copenhagen will soon be conducting a tender for the provision of cleaning services for its new UN City Campus I and Campus II premises, with a view to contract duration of 3 years + additional 2 yrs. The selected company will be required to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness at the UN City premises, through application of methods / techniques, and use of environmentally friendly products, which are designed to reduce the impact on the environment. Cleaning services, as well as all cleaning products, supplies and equipment, needed for effective cleaning of the premises. Cleaning of offices, meeting / conference facilities, stairways, common areas Cleaning of warehouse facilities (to some extent) Cleaning of all kitchenettes and bathrooms and their fixtures Cleaning of the canteen Collecting of garbage for waste removal and emptying waste containers Collection of glass, plastic and batteries for recycling Collection of paper for recycling Collection of carton for recycling Oil treatment of wooden floors, as well as relevant cleaning / treatment of various floor surfaces such as epoxy, sedum, vinyl, polyuretan, both concrete and ceramic tiles, as well as carpets.
