The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), is in the process of calling for proposals from qualified companies with local representation in Santiago, Chile with at least 3 years experience in the provision of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Heating and Air-Conditioning System (HVAC) and Mechnical Pumps in contracts over 1.000m2. The services will be rendered at ECLAC's premises in Santiago, Chile. The companies that have submitted the requirements set forth in this invitation may be potencially invited to participate in the bidding process for the provision of a preventive and corrective maintenance of the HVAC System (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and mechanical pumps within ECLAC's premises in Santiago Chile. The system defined under this contract includes boilers, cooling systems, fan-coil equipment, splits, VRV and PLC systems, for which the corresponding technical certifications will be required in the eventual upcoming bidding documents. The Heating and Air-Conditioning system includes, but is not limited to inspections, trials, cleaning, lubrication and adjustments of the interior parts; interior and exterior painting of the tanks, maintenance of the fuse boxes, eventual relocation of equipment, as well as parts and pieces of the equipment, remote control and the provision of all the wiring and materials. The replacement of minor parts (switches, thermal contactors, filters and distribution belts) necessary to enable a proper preventive maintenance. We would kindly request the firms that would be eventually interested in subscribing as a minimum a two (02) year contract for the provision of the services stated above and with the commercial, financial and technical capacity of providing the required services at ECLAC's premises within Santiago, Chile to send the information detailed within this invitation to rosemarie.clark@eclac.org, duly signed and no later than July 11, by 12:00 hours local time (Santiago, Chile).
