New clarification added: Question 1: In having three LTAs signed per LOT, and UNOPS have a choice when which facilities will be used, what are the frequency and number of rooms that will be required for each LOT?Answer 1: The frequency number of rooms will depend on the personnel required for that particular time. There is no routine requirement every day. Question 2: Can information be provided on the frequency of conferences that will be scheduled and the number of attendees to these conferences?Answer 2: The frequency of conferences will depend on the need bases for a particular time. There is no routine requirement every day. Question 3 : It is expected from the contractor to commit to the service, and the services will be required on an Ad Hoc basis. Is it expected that the contractor must keep the accommodation rooms available without a retainer when UNOPS did not issue a Purchase Order for occupying the accommodation rooms, and therefore show other potential customers away if they require ad hoc accommodation?Answer 3: UNOPS will request the service on need bases; the contractor should have available rooms whenever UNOPS requests. UNOPS will issue a purchase order based on each request Question 4 :. Tender Info Clarification / Prebid meeting details: Answer4: The pre-bid meeting minutes will be uploaded to the E-sourcing portal.
