New clarification added: Question: For RHC, iff we use 8 pcs of 150AH 12V and if the space is narrow, we can arrange a battery tower with four compartments to place 2 batteries in each compartment. This will minimize the space. Because 150AH 24V batteries are not available. We hope it is ok.For RHC, 1 Phase 3kW 48V MPPT Inverters with Parrallel Capability are not available, can you use 2 pcs of 1 Phase 5KW 48V MPPT Inverters? For the payment term, we prefer to receive in USD and as the payment will be made by the bank transfer, is it to possible to transfer the payment to our partner company account in Singapore? We will provide a partnership agrrement between two companies?UNOPS Answer:For the technical point of view 150Ah,12V batteries (8numbers) is not concerned instead of 4 numbers of 24V,150AH batteries. Our load consumption requirment is around 3 phase ,4kW so we requested 3 numbers of 1phase , 3 W inverter in parallel connection for RHC buildings. It is possible to pay to your partner's account if the validity such partnership verified at the time of contracting.Best Regards,MMCO, Procurement Unit

New clarification added: Question:I would like to ask the question for the system for RHC. In the system data, the peak system data is 3.823 kW but the requested inverters are 3pcs in there. Is this the wrong typing for the number of inverters (48V,3000W)?UNOPS Answer:UNOPS have already mentioned the required sepcification and installation of solar system in description number 4 "Single phase,48V/3000 Watt MPPT Inverter (Pure Sine Wave) in parallel connection" that means Contractor need to connect 48V,3000W inveters in parallel connection( 3 phase is required ) in our RHC buildings.Best Regards,MMCO, Procurement Unit

New clarification added: Questions:1.) GEL battery 150AH comes with 12V only and the quantity requirement for 24V is only 4 pcs, the supplier is not feasible for producing. So is it ok to us 8 pcs of GEL 150AH 12V batteries?2.) We would like to know what type of load the end user will use such as resistive, capacitive and inductive (Lamp, Computer, Refrigerator, Aircon, Pump) so that we can propose suitable Solar Inverters.3.) All the system data and the requirements of solar panels, batteries, solar inveters etc are designed by UNOPS, and we don't know the load profile of these solar power systems, if these solar systems do not meet the requirement of the end users i.e the end users may want to use more load with more time, we will not be responsible for it.4.) The payment currency is MMK or USD , we would like to know how UNOPS will make the payment i.e cash or bank transfer? If the payment is made by bank transfer, which are the banks for MMK and USD?UNOPS Answers:Although there is no problem from a technical point of view, the space requirement will be doubled. We have limited space to install the batteries in the pump house. So your offer for 8 batteries may not fit with our requirement. The connected load will be lighting, small power such as television, battery charing, stand fans and transferred pump not more than 0.5hp etc. No other heating and cooling equipments will not be connected in the buidling.Contractor take the responsibility to match the panels , batteries and inverters are propley synchronize and workable and functioning with each other. Other load consumption and time of consumption is fixed as per design. The payment will be made through the bank transfer. The banks are according to the proposed bank by the bidder. Note that quotes in USD will have contracts in USD and payments may be made in USD. If payment in USD is not possible following Central bank restrictions, payment will be made in MMK using the UN operational exchange rate of the month of invoicing. The bidders that quote in MMK will be paid in MMK.Best Regards,MMCO, Procurement Unit

New clarification added: Question:1) Regarding Solar Power System for RHC, a. It requires 4 nos of 150AH 24V GEL batteries. If 24V GEL batteries are not available, can we propose 8 nos of 150AH 12V GEL batteries? b. There is a built-in MPPT Controller inside Single Phase 48V 3000W Solar Hybrid Inverter, do you still need 30A 24-48V (Auto) MPPT Solar Charge Controller?2) Regarding Solar Power System for SRHC, a. There is a built-in MPPT Controller inside Single Phase 24V 3000W Solar Hybrid Inverter, do you still need 30A 12-24V (Auto) MPPT Solar Charge Controller?3) We think the drawing SRHC for the solar connection of 1 String 6 x 200 Watt Monocrystalline Solar Pannels is not correct. Can you please check and advise us again?UNOPS Answer:1) Regarding Solar Power System for RHC, a. Although there is no problem from a technical point of view, the space requirement will be doubled. We have limited space to install the batteries in the pump house. So your offer for 8 batteries may not fit with our requirement. b. If the built- in controller is included in MPPT it is not required to install an extra charge controller.2) Regarding Solar Power System for SRHC, a. If the built- in controller is included in MPPT it is not required to install an extra charge controller.3) Yes, the connection diagrams are revised and corrected. Kindly refer to the revised drawings in Annex_3.1 and 3.2.Best Regards,Procurement Unit MMCO
