The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) requires to establish a Short Term Agreement with an experienced and authorized Car Dealership of Light Passenger Vehicles that sells within their range of vehicles, Battery Electric Multipurpose LAV’s. The Battery Electric Multipurpose LAV’s (hereafter indicated as Vehicle/s) are also known in some markets as “Ludospace” LAV’s, “Autovettura Multispazio” or Compact Multipurpose Vehicles. They are in general, a small van with two rows of seats, rear sliding side doors with windows, and a large-tall car boot and tailgate, designed specifically to carry a mixture of passengers and cargo. Any brand of vehicle which will be fitting the technical requirements of the required electric vehicles will be accepted. The vehicle model details in brief are: The vehicle would be a commercial pattern production model-100% battery electric powered multipurpose LAV, with a 50 kWh battery capacity, a power output of over 130 HP, driving range of over 250 KM, has a Single Phase On-Board Charger, standard wheelbase version, with windows all-round, sliding side rear doors, a large lift-up tailgate, standard seating capacity for five persons-Four (4) passengers plus driver and a cargo area of over 1,250 Litres with the 2nd row of seats in the up-right position. The Bidder will be requested to provide a complete company profile indicating specific aspects of the company that clearly shows they have the experience and capacity to undertake the contract, and is an authorized Car Dealer. The Contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to be extended for one (1) additional year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor. The full technical requirements and details will be provided with a formal solicitation document to be issued at a later stage soon after the closing date for this EOI. General Conditions: Vendors interested in participating in this solicitation are invited to express their interest via fax or email citing the full name of the company, complete address, telephone and fax number as well as the name and title of a designated point of contact. The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and solicitation process.
