New clarification added: Dear Supplier/Service Provider,Please be informed that the ocular inspection at the Bureau of Corrections work site for the encoding and or digitization of prison records of all PDLs is scheduled on 10 - 1 Aug. 2022 between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a maximum of five (5) persons per batch. Bidders must submit to us the names of their representatives and copies of their IDs (government or company ID) for the preparation of an Endorsement Letter which has to be presented to BuCor upon entry with their IDs. Cellular phones are not allowed inside the premises. Bidders will also have to subject themselves for inspection prior entry to the work site.Please let us know of your preferred schedule for ocular inspection either 10 or 11 Aug. 2022, between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM with the names and copies of IDs.Thank you.Best regards,UNOPS

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Apologies for the error in the attachment. The pre-bid minutes of the meeting last 2 Aug. 2022 will be re-attached. This will require pre-clearance and approval from Procurement Authority before it can be posted in the system. We will closely follow through about this and update you once it is approved probably tomorrow due to time zone difference of approvers.For work site inspection, we are waiting for the approval of a memorandum from Bureau of Corrections authorities. New clarification added: Dear bidder,Please find blow the answer to your query:Question: Can A Consortium of a Philippine and an International Company bid for this tender? UNOPS answer: Due to the special nature of the services, only local Filipino corporation will be considered for this tender.
