UNICEF has now issued a Invitation to Bid in order to select a supplier for the provision of Exam supplies stationery & printers' ink/toner with delivery at Amant Al Asimah, Sana'a . Please note the following - IMPORTANT: 1. Submission of Offers via the UNICEF e-submission portal This tender is a part of UNICEF's e-submission pilot so all offers must be submitted online through the UNICEF e-submissions system accessible via www.ungm.org. 2. Questions from Bidders As this tender is part of UNICEF's e-submission pilot, all questions from Bidders are expected to be submitted via the 'Correspondence' tab in the UNICEF e-submission system rather than by email or letter. Bidders are required to keep all questions as clear and concise as possible. Bidders are also expected to immediately notify UNICEF in writing of any ambiguities, errors, omissions, discrepancies, inconsistencies or other faults in any part of the Solicitation Document or the notice on the UNICEF e-submission system, providing full details. Bidders will not benefit from such ambiguities, errors, omissions, discrepancies, inconsistencies or other faults. UNICEF will compile the questions received. UNICEF may, at its discretion, at once copy any anonymized question and make its reply available to all Bidders in the UNICEF e-submission system and/or respond to the question at any bid conference. After any such bid conference, further clarifications may be prepared and made available on the UNICEF e-submission system. 3. Acknowledgement of receipt of Solicitation Document. 4. This tender is applicable for local suppliers registered in Yemen. 5. The UNICEF e-tendering system contains an opt in/opt out function to confirm whether or not you are intending to submit an Offer. Please make use of this function. As such, please ignore any standard instructions in this solicitation document about acknowledging receipt of this solicitation document by post or email. 6. Supplier must fill the attached Annex B for the required information and submit it along with another signed copy for the form and catalogues for each item. 7. Quotation form must be completed, signed and returned to UNICEF. The Quotations must be made in accordance with the instructions contained in this Request. 8.Inkjet and toner must be genuine from authorized dealers and related certificate must be available in case requested for further stage of evaluation process. 9. One of requirement is that supplier should be registered in SCHMCHA. 10. Any failure in comply with above requirement will result to rejection of offer.
