Provision of Recruitment Services for WFP’s Fixed Term Talent Pool/Roster: Future International Talent (FIT) Pool

WFP Talent Acquisition Branch seeks to procure the recruitment service to continue to establish Future International Talent (FIT) Pools.

The primary objective of the FIT Pool initiative is to build a pool of pre-qualified candidates ready to be recruited as Fixed Term International Professional staff members and rapidly deployed to any of our more than 80 countries in which WFP operates, when the need arises. This objective in turn serves to reduce the time it takes to fill an International Professional position, build a pipeline of ready talent for immediate and hard-to-fill positions in difficult duty stations and reduce on-boarding time frames when candidates are selected.

We have built pools for 17 different functions for multiple levels each; HR, Supply Chain, Nutrition, Partnership, Programme Management, Communication and others; included over 2000 candidates in our rosters and we have filled more than 400 positions in over 70 different countries, we proudly count more than 138 nationalities in our rosters.

The selected supplier will have to learn and comply with UN and WFP HR Rules related to the FIT Pool process.
