Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (OSESGY) & United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) require Ground handling services at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan and occasionally at Marqa airport as an alternate for QAIA services . These Airport Handling Services include but are not limited to the following services: Aircraft, Passenger handling services, payment of airport fees, occasional Cargo and Dangerous Goods Handling Services, which are required in support of OSESGY/UNMHA’s Operations and in accordance with the terms and conditions which will be set forth in the Contract, relevant International Civil Aviation Standards, Recommended Practices, and, Directives and Administrative Instructions issued by OSESGY/UNMHA. Airport Handling Services are required at Jordan airports mainly in Amman & Marqa airports. The Contractor is required to provide the services, scheduled and non-scheduled as per OSESGY/UNMHA Aviation Section request. The services are to be rendered to one aircraft with Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) of 24000kg (specific type to be communicated by OSESGY/UNMHA). The contract will cover a period of 3 years (1+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds, OSESGY/UNMHA requirement for the services and the Mandate of OSESGY/UNMHA. During the contract period, OSESGY/UNMHA will require up to 128 standard services per 52 weeks (per annum), each consisting of arrival and departure (turnaround). OSESGY/UNMHA Aviation reserves the right to change/add/remove airports where services are necessary in accordance with operational requirements
