New clarification added: Q1 Would you be able to share more information about expected volumes of training per language in all relevant formats such as 1:1 and groups? This information will help us provide UNOPS with best rates and potential volume discounts.Response: answered in previous clarifications. Q2 In the Cost table item 2 you are asking for price per instructor per hour and per day, but below you mention you will only be taking price per hour into consideration for the evaluation and comparison of offers. Should we therefore assume you only need an hourly rate entered in the table? Additionally, in our experience, it would be very unusual to have 8 hours of virtual training for one participant or group in one day. Is this a scenario that you envisage happening? Could you also provide more information regarding envisaged class duration and frequency of instructor led online classes? (e.g. X-minute individual classes / or X-minute group classes X times a week). Additionally, how many hours of training per individual or group would you expect to be included in each training course, or would you like to receive recommendations in that respect?Response:We assumed that the price per hour would be multiplied for a whole day. please indicate if otherwise. As indicated, for the sake of comparison, the total of unit prices for items 1 for 1 year, item 2 for one hour, 3 for one hour, 4 for one hour and any mandatory cost for 5 will be considered.The scenario of 8-hour language training is not something we consider likely. In terms of duration and frequency, this would depend on the solution you offer and the cost, but for reference, about 2-4 group classes a 45-60 minutes per month and access to some form of content, 24/7. We would be happy to receive a recommendation of how a training course would be packaged for maximum learning impact.  Q3 Regarding "Form D Technical Proposal Form", providing we respect the overall structure and contents, may we adapt the format slightly in order to make it easier to include our responses (including visuals etc.)?Response:If content of criteria is modified, your offer may be disqualified. However, you may answer on another page and format if sequence is respected. Q4 Similarly, regarding, "Form G Performance Statement Form", may we adapt this slightly to make it more appropriate for the services we provide? Also, should we use this form as the basis for 2 mandatory letters from previous clients requested in the Document Checklist part of the portal?Response:We would prefer this form to be maintained. You may explain if an information is different due to the services. the letters from clients may be attached and uploaded separately in this section on the esourcing system. Q5 Regarding "DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire_2021" there are some questions that aren't applicable to our organization or where additional information should be provided. May we add notes where applicable?Response:you may indicated NA if not applicable and attach additional notes if needed. Q6 Could you provide estimated date for contract start date?Response: We are looking to start using the services as soon as possible and preferably by 1 September 2022. Q7 Will you be publishing the consolidated Q&A responses as you receive them?Response:All questions and responses are published anonimously here on the esourcing system. The system should prompt you by email when some are published.

New clarification added: Are you able to share the expected volumes of users and ideally the split of users who require pure elearning versus services (services may inculde: virtual classes, writing assignments etc)?Response: t is difficult to say, but we would expect about 200-300 per year. We would expect all users to require services and the proposal should first and foremost be instructor led language training, i.e. virtual classes, assignments etc. If the provider also offers content packaged as an elearning, this is great, but not a requirement as such.2. We are unclear where the proposed solution with deliverables should be described and presented in the forms.   Response: Please indicate your answer to each point on Form D where indicated [Insert response here]It is important to describe well each criteria. Should you have more information to insert about your solution, please attached additional pages.3. In ‘Form D Technical Proposal Form’: Program requirements, point A.11: a demo account was requested. Could we request an account with a working email, as there are notifications linked to the service. If notifications are not allowed or required we can also create a dummy username with password.Response: you could use email: theas@unops.org (only for that purpose) or a dummy account would also be fine.4. When are we required to submit ‘RFP Section_IV_Contract Forms 4’? This seems to be an order form to be completed only post selection or should we complete this form already?             Response: the RFP Section IV is for your information only, how the contract will look like.
