Description :The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of a Project Officer -Program Coordination- p-MPSE, who will be placed at NACO and work closely with under the guidance of DDG TI NACO and DD TI NACO. The outcomes of the support will help in-
Under the supervision of DD TI, NACO, Government of India and UNAIDS Country Director, the scope of work is as follows:

1. National / State/UTs level co-ordination of p-MPSE.
2. Provide technical assistance to SACS, in completion of the programmatic Mapping Population Size Estimation (MPSE) in States/UTs.
3. Coordinate different divisions at NACO along with the stakeholder for smooth roll out of the field-based activities.
4. Monitor the community engagement at each level of implementation of p-MPSE (at National, State and District level).
5. Monitor the expanded mandate of community advisory board. Conduct field visits for the monitoring and supportive supervision of the p-MPSE activity.
6. On the basis of data analysis from p-MPSE team provide feedback to TI division, State/UTs.
7. Support Annual Action Plan preparations
8. Overview and incorporate the budget related to p-MPSE in Annual Action Plan of all States.
9. Plan the budget as per the districts included in the p-MPSE activity.
Training and capacity Buildings:
1. Develop resource pool of mentors to support state level trainings on p- MPSE.
2. Support the officers at NACO to undertake the monitoring and guiding of the p-MPSE.
3. Coordinate with IT Project Officer in the hosting of the p-MPSE portal on NIC server and fix the bugs related to hosting, design the application and add-ins, design the dashboard and validations on the page.
4. Any other work assigned by Reporting Officer.
5. Support the NACO TI division

Duty station: National AIDS Control Organisation, New Delhi, India
Duration of the consultancy: The consultancy is for one year, starting from 4th July 2022 to 3rd July 2023.
