LOT 2 - Rehabilitation of IBB City Main Road (Main Street from AL Udayn Roundabout to Saelat Jeblah ), IBB CITY (IUS-PR-RMF-IBB-001).
LOT 3 - Rehabilitation of Taiz – Alhouban Main Road (Northern Entrance from Mawiyah Intersection to Sofitel Roundabout Taiz City (IUS-PR-RMF-TAZ-001)

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation,Q1 - Why item no (5.1)_project signboard_ in lot2 was priced? Ans 1 - Can please be more specific in which document and what section, Signed board has to be priced by the supplier at the BoQ or to be added as part of the project proposal sent. Q2- Schedule key personal includes one paper for one person ,where input others Ans 1 - Schedule to be filled completely and CV have to be attached for personalsThis shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation,Q1 - We would like to know What data is required to be entered in SCHEDULES No: 0.11 Acknowledgement of the Addenda?Ans 1 - Just sign and agree on acknowledgment in the schedule and if there are any additional requirements during the contract signature we have to agree prior to the finalization of the contract. This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation,Q1 - Do we should send the Returnable Schedules (signed and stamped) in one file (Small Works)?Or each Returnable Schedule should be sent separately?Ans 1 - Please send both the full returnable documents and also separate documents as requested in the checklist of documents. Q2 - In e-Sourcing - Main tenderThere is a required document called (Document name : 2 Financial statement from last 4 Years)Can you provide us more details about its content please?Ans 2 - Please add 2 of your financial statements from the past 4 years , also add bank statement that proves your ability to conduct such work. This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly

Please be guided accordingly Q1 - We would like to inform you that you didn't mention in the "Small Works - 6 Solicitation - Returnable Schedules - Templates" the required project team & didn't specify the period of duration of the project. Therefore, could you please provide us with the required project team & the period duration of the project. Also, there is only one file for the retunable schedules,"Not for each lot." And in it, there is schedule (1) & schedule (4) only.Ans 1 - The spec's are very clearly mentioned in the document related to each lot in point 6.2, Best Regards, لم نتمكن من حضورالاجتماع اليوم حيث كان الاجتماع الساعه 10
