Provision of Garden Maintenance and Landscaping Services

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, seeks qualified companies, with at least 3 years experience in the field, to provide Garden Maintenance and Landscaping Services, for its Headquarters' premises in Santiago, Chile. The provision of Garden Maintenance and Landscaping services consist of, but it is not limited to, the following: 1) The complete maintenance of interior and exterior premises, which consist of aproximately 21,500 square meters, including: * lawn mowing, clipping, prunning, watering, fumigation, weeding, sowing, etc. 2) Landscaping, including: * Assesment on maintenance and beautification methods, upkeeping the current physical aspect of the Gardens which represent different kinds of vegetation. * Submission of a General Landscaping Project to be monitored by the contractor * Landscaping works' labor * Supply plants or consumables required by the Landscaping Project, at the request of ECLAC 3) Other works to be included by the contractor include: * Projects, Improvements and Repair of the Technified Watering System * Use, Maintenance and Improvement of ECLAC’s Greenhouse either for the sowing and/or reproduction of vegetable species, interior plants maintenance and growing seedbed.
