procurement of foodservice equipment

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of goods and services to deliver foodservice equipment as per the following lots:

Lot 1: Ice machine (2 pcs.)

Lot 2: Refrigerator (2 pcs.)

 Lot 3: Refrigerated display case (1 piece)

Lot 4: Refrigerated table with a display case (1 pc.)

Lot 5: Convection oven (1 pc.)

Lot 6: Combi steamer (1 pc.)

Lot 7: Combi steamer (1 pc.)

Lot 8: Modular deck oven (1 pc.)

Lot 9: Hearth bakery cabinet (1 pc.)

Lot 10: Pizza oven (2 pcs.)

Lot 11: Dough mixer (1 pc.)

Lot 12: Dough sheeter (1 pc.)

in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex 1 to this RFQ.

Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data.  Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements, Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline.  Quotations received by UNDP after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
