Manshiya/ Khartoum, the suppliers to ensure to write the number of the LITB in the envelope outer side or to be submitted through,
- Offers also can be submitted in soft copies through UNICEF secure e-mail specified below:

and the reference LITB#9175530 must be mentioned in your email as a subject title.

Bidders are requested to ensure to submit samples of the product as well as catalogues if applicable along with the financial offers.

Instructions to Bid:
- Bidders are requested to ensure to write the delivery lead time together along with the price.
- BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN USD CURRENCY
- Bids received in any other currency will be invalidated
- Bid closing date is 13.06.2022, at 14:00hrs Sudan local time.
- It is important that you read all of the provisions of the LITB , to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a Bid in compliance with them.
- Note that failure to provide compliant Bid may result in invalidation of your Bid

Please note that for successful local bidder quoted in USD, UNICEF will transfer payment of the respective Contracts/Purchase Orders to the contractor’s USD account in Sudan, and UNICEF will not be responsible for any transaction between the bank and the supplier thereafter”, please see attached UNICEF Payment instruction for Local Vendors
All corporate entities should be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace website ( https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) before engaging in any activity with UNICEF.
