New clarification added: Question:As one of the minimum requirements, the vendor has to have 3 previous similar works to submit the bid to the specified project. So, our question is can we submit our offer without having similar works in solar projects, however, we have had several similar works in the rehabilitation of electrical networks (supply/installation)? Also, as we have had work agreements with UNOPS in Anbar province with a high level of work performance. UNOPS Answer:A similar experience means similarity of works in terms of nature and complexity.  So, the electrical works projects can be submitted as similar, however, we will then see the details of this during technical evaluation so that we can understand whether the submitted projects can be treated as a similar experience. The bidders shall double-check the tender documents and submit their bids accordingly.

New clarification added: Question:Solar Controller：Sensor type: microwave；Microwave type Sensor is usually apply for light in park or courtyard without cars passing by, it is not compatible to street light. Please confirm the microwave type sensor is not necessary.UNOPS Answer:Yes, there is not need to consider the microwave sensor.
