New clarification added: 1) Lot2 / Lot 1: there are several points in common between Lot 1 and Lot 2. In particular, the architectural choices in Lot 2 have a direct impact on Lot1 and vice versa. How will these interactions be managed? Who will the responsible of managing the synchronisation between both loIf more than one supplier will be contracted, the contractor for the mobile version development will responsible of managing the synchronisation.2) Lot 2, TUNEPS Crypto API, DigiGO support:Usage of DigiGO requires that the client becomes and “AED” and signs a convention with TunTrust which requires the preparation of several documents and a technical audit.
