Purchasing Mobile Phone for UNRWA • Delivery terms : 1- (DDP- Damascus): The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the mobile phones at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, 2-(DDP- Amman) The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the mobile phones at UNRWA central warehouses in Amman 3-(DDP- Beirut) The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the mobile phones at UNRWA central warehouses in Beirut 4-(DAP- Damascus) The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the mobile phones at any frees zone in Syria, where UNRWA will be responsible for obtaining the import approval to take the advantage of the customs exemptions for international organizations, hence the supplier will be obligated to continue the process till receiving the mobile phones at UNRWA warehouses • Due to previous quality concerns, UNRWA requires catalogues of goods being tendered to be submitted with your bids. Explanations of the type of goods, brand and specifications must be included. • catalogues should be upload by IN-Tend platform • Vendors who have not previously registered with UNRWA are requested to complete their company profile and provide proof of Chamber of Commerce registration in a separate envelope, Registered vendors are requested to provide updates if changes have occurred since last registration. (Please use Annex-6). • UNRWA reserves the right to conduct necessary tests and a laboratory analysis of submitted samples and compare the results with the technical specifications which are outlined in attached (RFQ).
