Non- Exclusive , Time bound, Long Term Agreement ( LTA) for the procurement of Fuel for all UN agencies

Dear Valued Bidder,

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Myanmar Country Office wishes to invite tender for “ Fuel  ” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to request you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this tender invitation and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Deadline and submissions of the Proposals

Proposals must be submitted latest by the date and Myanmar local time specified below.  Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Bidders shall submit proposals by electronic submission only to email : procurementyangon@unicef.org. Technical and financial (price) proposals will have to be submitted.

Deadline of Submission: 19 May 2022   

Time:   14:00 hours ( Myanmar Local Time)

Please refer to the document Invitation to Tender- LRPS - 9173677 and reference templates attached as annexes. Please note that this email includes four attached annexes documents, Annex-A is included in LRPS document.

All information provider by the bidders will be treated as confidential and used for UNICEF internal purposes only.

Request for information/clarification

Any questions concerning this invitation, must be forwarded in writing by email, to  Ma Moe Shwe Syn Naing, mssnaing@unicef.org not later than 16 May  2022, with specific reference to this LRPS number. No request for information will be allowed after this.
