Description

The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the Representation Office in Kenya is looking for a qualified Contractor for the improvement of Biashara and Huduma centre in Kakuma, Turkana West Sub-County, Turkana County.


The potential  contractors  have the responsibility to properly assess the actual situation of the ground, familiarise with the environment, and consider the situation carefully when developing the Technical Proposal.
All the works shall be designed and built in compliance with the best sustainable good practices to minimise construction waste, energy and water consumption and overall environmental impact of the construction.

The contractor shall factor in all costs e.g. materials, consumables, equipment, Health & Safety measures including PPE, insurances, workforce, formworks, etc. into the line-item prices as stated in the provided as per Scope of Works attached as Annex A and Bill of Quantities form Annex B.

The site visit is mandatory, and it is scheduled on 20 April 2022.
