Procurement of First Aid Kit Bags
UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid. Please see attached the tender document, specifications document and price proposal template.
Proposals must be received by latest 10:00a.m. on 05 April 2022 (Ankara time). Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, for the subject tender, exceptionally, electronic submission of the proposals will be accepted.
Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email as signed pdf documents to (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org ) with the tender reference in their email subjects:

Important Notes:
*Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally registered with the Government of Turkey. Applications of companies which do not have legal presence in Turkey will be disqualified.
*All prices must be quoted in US Dollars (USD) excluding TAXES and VAT (Value Added Tax) and must be valid at least for 1+1 years from the closing date of the bid.
*The price quotations should have at most 2 digits after decimal point.
*Price proposals shall be submitted by using the Annex-C (Price proposal template) and shall be secured by a password. The password will only be shared by the bidder upon request of UNICEF. Please submit your PROTECTED price proposal both excel format and duly signed and stamped PDF format.
Bid form in the ITB document (page 3) shall be filled in, duly signed and attached to the price proposal.
*The suppliers shall submit their price proposals taking into consideration the requested technical specifications. The proposed item shall exactly comply with the requested technical specifications.
*The suppliers are not required to provide samples initially. The suppliers that are shortlisted at the stage of financial evaluation will be asked to provide samples for all of the supplies on the list at a date that will be specified later. Along with the samples, the short-listed suppliers shall submit all the necessary certificates and proof documents for the required technical specifications.
*Partial offers are not accepted.
*All bidders are requested to provide the following documents necessary for vendor evaluation annexed to their proposals. The submission of those documents is essential to assess the validity of the offer and lack of submission will result with invalidation of the offers. Those documents include:
- A complete copy of your latest audited financial statements with comparative figures for the last 2 years, preferably signed by your company's accounting firm/ certified external auditor. The financial statements are to include the balance sheet and income statement / profit and loss statement (mandatory).
- A copy of your company's certificate of legal registration (mandatory).
- A copy of your Official list of authorized signatures (mandatory).
- The company's UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number. The bidders are requested to register for, at the very latest, Basic and Level 1 stages. For registration and instructions on how to, bidders are advised to refer to the UNGM website (mandatory): www.ungm.org/RegistrationProcess
All requests for formal clarification or queries on this tender must be submitted in writing to Supply Unit via email: turkeyprocurement@unicef.org latest until 01 April 2022, 16:00hrs.
